Aktu\u00e1lne s\u00fa ot\u00e1zky: Je to naozaj tak? Sna\u017e\u00edme sa robi\u0165 nie\u010do pre\nvlastn\u00e9 zdravie? Alebo s\u00fa to len zau\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 fr\u00e1zy? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pojem\n<strong>zdravie<\/strong> je pod\u013ea WHO <em>stav \u00faplnej telesnej, du\u0161evnej a soci\u00e1lnej\npohody pri zachovan\u00ed funkci\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch telesn\u00fdch org\u00e1nov a v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch\nspolo\u010densk\u00fdch funkci\u00ed \u010dloveka pri zachovan\u00ed <strong>schopnosti organizmu prisp\u00f4sobova\u0165 sa meniacim podmienkam prostredia<\/strong><\/em>.\nDefin\u00edcia je v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e1, ale treba si uvedomi\u0165 podstatn\u00e9 skuto\u010dnosti, ktor\u00e1 sa\ndot\u00fdkaj\u00fa n\u00e1s \u013eud\u00ed 21. storo\u010dia. Technol\u00f3gie napreduj\u00fa m\u00ed\u013eov\u00fdmi krokmi, ale my \u013eudia\na na\u0161a genetika, ktor\u00e1 sa&nbsp;vyv\u00edjala dlh\u00e9 tis\u00edcro\u010dia, sa nedok\u00e1\u017eeme zmeni\u0165\ntak r\u00fdchlo ako si predstavujeme, dne\u0161n\u00fd modern\u00fd \u010dlovek dopl\u00e1ca na svoj s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd\n\u0161t\u00fdl. Z&nbsp;vlastnej odbornej praxe si v\u0161\u00edmam, \u017ee t\u00fato zmenu si \u013eudia neuvedomuj\u00fa\na&nbsp;neprip\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa. Ba\u017e\u00edme po vedomostiach, ale zabudli sme na odkaz d\u00e1vnych\nGr\u00e9kov, \u017ee rozvoj du\u0161evn\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed m\u00e1 by\u0165 harmonicky spojen\u00fd so v\u0161estrann\u00fdm\ntelesn\u00fdm rozvojom a naopak. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pohyb a&nbsp;vedomos\u0165 napreduj\u00fa ruka\nv&nbsp;ruke ku zdraviu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pohybov\u00e1 gramotnos\u0165 ako cesta ku zdraviu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Treba\nsa zamyslie\u0165 nad faktom, \u017ee probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;pohybov\u00fdm apar\u00e1tom, ako bolesti\nchrbta (diagn\u00f3za M54 dorzalgia), za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa ma\u0165 v&nbsp;rozvinut\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch\nepidemiologick\u00fd charakter. Pod\u013ea Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation\nnaj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edmi pr\u00ed\u010dinami \u201erokov \u017eivota str\u00e1ven\u00fdch v&nbsp;invalidite\u201c (YLDs) boli\nv Slovenskej republike v rokoch 2005 a\u017e 2015 neinfek\u010dn\u00e9 ochorenia. Na prvom\nmieste muskuloskelet\u00e1lne deformity, na druhom du\u0161evn\u00e9 poruchy a&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti,\nna tre\u0165om in\u00e9 ne\u0161pecifikovan\u00e9 neinfek\u010dn\u00e9 ochorenia (GBD, 2015). Pod\u013ea\ninform\u00e1ci\u00ed zo&nbsp;Soci\u00e1lnej pois\u0165ovne SR invalidita v&nbsp;d\u00f4sledku chor\u00f4b\npohybovej s\u00fastavy na Slovensku za roky 1997 \u2013 2016 ma vysoko st\u00fapaj\u00faci\ncharakter (SP, 2016). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Je\nd\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zaobera\u0165 sa touto problematikou, a to nie len pre jej trval\u00fd n\u00e1rast,\nale predov\u0161etk\u00fdm pre \u010dast\u00e9 komplik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 sp\u00f4sobuj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161iu chorobnos\u0165. R\u00f4zne\npostur\u00e1lne deformity vznikaj\u00face zo zl\u00e9ho dr\u017eania tela, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 vplyv na vz\u0165ahy\nmedzi vn\u00fatorn\u00fdmi org\u00e1nmi a pohybov\u00fdm apar\u00e1tom \/viscero-vertebr\u00e1lne vz\u0165ahy\/, ale\naj naopak. Taktie\u017e d\u00fdchanie, ktor\u00e9 je z\u00e1kladom k&nbsp;spr\u00e1vnemu postaveniu tela\na&nbsp;v\u00fdmene plynov v organizme. Toto v\u0161etko je fyziologick\u00e1 potreba ku&nbsp;zdraviu,\nale t\u00e1to modern\u00e1 doba n\u00e1m prin\u00e1\u0161a psychick\u00e9 vyp\u00e4tie, ktor\u00e9 sa odzrkad\u013euje aj na\ndr\u017ean\u00ed tela a&nbsp;n\u00e1vyku d\u00fdchania. Vzh\u013eadom k narastaj\u00facej prevalencie\nmuskuloskelet\u00e1lnych por\u00fach v SR je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 h\u013eada\u0165 efekt\u00edvny sp\u00f4sob prevencie.\nJednou z mo\u017enost\u00ed je zvy\u0161ovanie povedomia o tejto problematike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fenom\u00e9nom\nostatn\u00fdch rokov je organizovanie masov\u00fdch \u0161portov\u00fdch podujat\u00ed, napr\u00edklad marat\u00f3nov.\nNa jednej strane je v\u00edtan\u00e9 nad\u0161enie pre pohyb, ale na druhej, aj pohyb m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165\nzdraviu \u0161kodliv\u00fd pre t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed ho nevykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa spr\u00e1vne. N\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl zlo\u017een\u00fd\nzo sedenia, jazdenia autom, stresu, nevyv\u00e1\u017eenej stravy a&nbsp;faj\u010denia vedie k\ndegener\u00e1cii pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu, hlavne chrbtice. A ke\u010f sa rozhodneme, \u017ee sa pust\u00edme\ndo \u0161portovej aktivity, mus\u00edme si uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee zdrav\u00fd nie som ak \u0161portujem ve\u013ea,\nale ak \u0161portujem adekv\u00e1tne, spr\u00e1vne a&nbsp;uvedomelo.\nPre spr\u00e1vne vykon\u00e1van\u00fd pohyb s\u00fa podstatn\u00e9 tri\nz\u00e1sady: spr\u00e1vna funk\u010dn\u00e1 os tela, svalov\u00e1 balancia (v\u0161etky svaly maj\u00fa dostato\u010dn\u00fd\na&nbsp;rovnomern\u00fd rozvoj), svalovo-pohybov\u00fd rozsah. Taktie\u017e, cvi\u010denie s&nbsp;jednostrann\u00fdm\n\u0161portov\u00fdm za\u0165a\u017een\u00edm mus\u00ed obsahova\u0165 korek\u010dno-kompenza\u010dn\u00e9&nbsp; prvky. Tie musia by\u0165 sledovan\u00e9, aby sa sp\u00e4tne\nvytv\u00e1ralo spr\u00e1vne osov\u00e9 postavenie. V&nbsp;opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade m\u00f4\u017ee jednostrann\u00e9\npohybovo-\u0161portov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 rozvoj \u010fal\u0161\u00edch svalov\u00fdch dysbalanci\u00ed. Toto\nv\u0161etko je potrebou, ktor\u00e1 vn\u00e1\u0161a do \u0161portu dlhovekos\u0165. Pri jednostrannom,\nneuvedomelom za\u0165a\u017eovan\u00ed organizmu r\u00fdchlo nastupuj\u00fa postur\u00e1lna nerovnov\u00e1ha a&nbsp;zdravotn\u00e9\nprobl\u00e9my. Na\u0161e telo sa sklad\u00e1 z&nbsp;pribli\u017ene \u0161es\u0165sto svalov. Preto n\u00e1\u0161 d\u00f4raz mus\u00ed\nsmerova\u0165 k&nbsp;adekv\u00e1tnemu komplexn\u00e9mu rozvoju, nie len zameraniu sa na estetiku\na povrchov\u00e9 svaly. Spr\u00e1vne pohybov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky m\u00e1me geneticky dan\u00e9, a&nbsp;preto na\nn\u00e1\u0161 spr\u00e1vny pohybov\u00fd rozvoj vpl\u00fdva ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo faktorov u\u017e od narodenia. Modern\u00e1\ndoba m\u00e1 ve\u013emi negat\u00edvny dopad na spr\u00e1vny pohybov\u00fd n\u00e1vyk. &nbsp;Pohyb je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vn\u00edma\u0165. Uvedomel\u00fdm a\nspr\u00e1vnym pohybom je mo\u017en\u00e9 patologick\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky eliminova\u0165. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Met\u00f3da SM syst\u00e9m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odrazom dne\u0161nej\ndoby je pohybov\u00e1 gramotnos\u0165 na\u0161ich det\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazne klesaj\u00facu tendenciu. Preto,\nokrem v\u00fdu\u010dbov\u00e9ho programu, by mali by\u0165 prevent\u00edvno-kompenza\u010dn\u00e9 cvi\u010denia zaraden\u00e9\ndo be\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota \u017eiaka i jeho rodiny. V dom\u00e1com a pracovnom prostred\u00ed tr\u00e1vi\ndie\u0165a najviac \u010dasu, v\u0161\u00edma si svojich rodinn\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkov, kamar\u00e1tov \u010di\nvyu\u010duj\u00facich. V \u0161kole by mal vedie\u0165 die\u0165a (\u017eiaka) skorigova\u0165 a upomen\u00fa\u0165 pedag\u00f3g,\ndoma sa prenech\u00e1va t\u00e1to zodpovednos\u0165 rodi\u010dom. Z\u00e1merom je budovanie spr\u00e1vnych\nn\u00e1vykov pri seden\u00ed, st\u00e1t\u00ed, ch\u00f4dzi \u010di akejko\u013evek fyzickej aktivite, ktor\u00fa \u017eiak\nvykon\u00e1va. Odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom prevent\u00edvnych cvi\u010den\u00ed je tzv. SM-syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd\nje telesne i finan\u010dne nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je to v praxi overen\u00fd sp\u00f4sob\npredch\u00e1dzania r\u00f4znych probl\u00e9mov pohybov\u00e9ho apar\u00e1tu.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met\u00f3da &#8222;SM\nsyst\u00e9m&#8220; \u010di\u017ee &#8220; Stabiliza\u010dn\u00fd a Mobiliza\u010dn\u00fd Syst\u00e9m &#8220; sa opiera o\n30 rokov postupn\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja a 25 rokov klinick\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed s t\u00fdmto cvi\u010den\u00edm u\npacientov s boles\u0165ami chrbtice v driekovej, hrudnej aj kr\u010dnej oblasti, u\npacientov s ak\u00fatnou poruchou platni\u010dky a&nbsp;pacientov so skoli\u00f3zou. Toto\ncvi\u010denie odstra\u0148uje miestne i celkov\u00e9 pr\u00ed\u010diny bolesti chrbtice s\u00fa\u010dasne. M\u00e1\nve\u013ek\u00fd v\u00fdznam v prevencii a lie\u010dbe por\u00fach k\u013abov (bedrov\u00e9, kolenn\u00e9, ramenn\u00e9 k\u013aby,\nk\u013aby nohy a klenby n\u00f4h) (Sm\u00ed\u0161ek, 2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SM syst\u00e9mom doch\u00e1dza k funk\u010dnej stabiliz\u00e1cii a\nmobiliz\u00e1cii chrbtice. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da pracuje na princ\u00edpe \u0161pir\u00e1lnych svalov\u00fdch\nzre\u0165azen\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 chrbticu vy\u0165ahuj\u00fa smerom hore, z\u00e1rove\u0148 pohyb stabilizuj\u00fa, ak\nje vykon\u00e1van\u00fd optim\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom, uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa pre\u0165a\u017eovan\u00e9 \u010dasti chrbtice a posil\u0148uj\u00fa\nochabnut\u00e9 svaly, a t\u00fdm d\u00f4jde k zn\u00ed\u017eeniu svalovej dysbalancie. Cvi\u010d\u00ed sa s\nelastick\u00fdm lanom, ktor\u00e9 je pripevnen\u00e9 k pevn\u00e9mu bodu. Je tak umo\u017enen\u00fd rozsiahly\npohyb kon\u010dat\u00edn proti mal\u00e9mu, postupne rast\u00facemu odporu. T\u00fdm s\u00fa aktivovan\u00e9\nsvalov\u00e9 \u0161pir\u00e1ly so stabiliza\u010dnou funkciou. Pri\u010dom elastick\u00e9 lano m\u00f4\u017eeme ch\u00e1pa\u0165\nako pred\u013a\u017eenie svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1kien, ktor\u00e9&nbsp;\naktivuj\u00fa tieto \u0161pir\u00e1ly. Cvi\u010denie umo\u017e\u0148uje niektor\u00e9 svaly na\u0165ahova\u0165 v\n\u010dase prirodzenej relax\u00e1cie a z\u00e1rove\u0148 posil\u0148ova\u0165 in\u00e9 v\u010faka pru\u017en\u00e9mu odporu. Na\nkonci ka\u017ed\u00e9ho lana je p\u00fatko, ktor\u00e9 sa navlieka na ruku podobne ako pri be\u017eeckej\npalici. V ruke je iba odlo\u017een\u00e9. Chybou je k\u0155\u010dovit\u00e9 dr\u017eanie, ktor\u00e9 pre\u0165a\u017euje\nz\u00e1p\u00e4stie a&nbsp;lake\u0165, a m\u00f4\u017ee tak vznika\u0165 syndr\u00f3m karp\u00e1lneho tunela alebo\nlater\u00e1lna\/medi\u00e1lna epikondilit\u00edda (syndr\u00f3m tenisov\u00e9ho lak\u0165a). Vo\u013en\u00fdm dr\u017ean\u00edm\nd\u00f4jde taktie\u017e k v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu uvo\u013eneniu \u0161ije. V&nbsp;pr\u00edpade dolnej kon\u010datiny toto p\u00fatko\nnavliekame na chodidlo (Sm\u00ed\u0161ek, 2013). Cvi\u010denie SM syst\u00e9m spojuje d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9\nkomponenty: pohyb a jeho optim\u00e1lna koordin\u00e1cia; svalov\u00fd apar\u00e1t a tvorba\nzostupn\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch \u0161pir\u00e1l; odpove\u010f na chrbtici, ktorou je centr\u00e1cia (\u010di\u017ee\nvyrovnanie do strednej l\u00ednie a&nbsp;trakcie, t. j. \u0165ah nahor, v celej chrbtici\nalebo iba v ur\u010dit\u00fdch segmentoch (Sm\u00ed\u0161ek, 2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Existuje\nnieko\u013eko z\u00e1sad, ktor\u00e9 je potrebn\u00e9 pri cvi\u010den\u00ed dodr\u017eiava\u0165. Prvou je poz\u00edcia pri\ncvi\u010den\u00ed. Cvi\u010d\u00ed sa v stoji, telo mus\u00ed by\u0165 vyrovnan\u00e9 pod\u013ea osi, ktor\u00e1 je dan\u00e1\nzemskou pr\u00ed\u0165a\u017elivos\u0165ou. Os sa v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee nepatrne vych\u00fdli\u0165 ako kompenz\u00e1cia\nelastickej sily lana. Druhou z\u00e1sadou je striedanie aktiv\u00e1cie (\u0161pir\u00e1lnej\nstabiliz\u00e1cie) a relax\u00e1cie (vertik\u00e1lnej stabiliz\u00e1cie) spolu s n\u00e1dychom a\nv\u00fddychom. Stoj mus\u00ed by\u0165 vyrovnan\u00fd a telo spevnen\u00e9 v dobe, ke\u010f na na\u0148 p\u00f4sob\u00ed\nsila. V dobe, ke\u010f na telo sila nep\u00f4sob\u00ed, sme \u00faplne uvo\u013enen\u00ed. Potom je\nkoordin\u00e1cia pohybu, spevnenia tela vykon\u00e1vam\u00e1 zdola nahor t. j. od panvy\n(zapnutie sedac\u00edch svalov) k pletencu ramena a pokra\u010dujeme a\u017e k vyrovnanej\npoz\u00edcii hlavy. Relaxujeme od z\u00e1hlavia smerom nadol. Sila, s ktorou sa cvi\u010d\u00ed je\n\u010fal\u0161ou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou. Jedn\u00e1 sa o mal\u00fa silu v \u010do najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161om rozsahu pohybu a\nre\u0161pektuje sa najslab\u0161\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nok pohybov\u00e9ho re\u0165azca. \u010eal\u0161ou z\u00e1sadou je r\u00fdchlos\u0165\ncvi\u010denia, cviky vykon\u00e1vame pomaly. Na konci pohybu e\u0161te spomal\u00edme aby sme mohli\nkvalitne dotiahnu\u0165 z\u00e1vere\u010dn\u00fd detail. Pohyb je pomal\u00fd a plynul\u00fd, nevykon\u00e1vame ho\ntrhavo. Taktie\u017e je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 zamera\u0165 sa na komplexnos\u0165 pohybov. Ak je cvik\nvykonan\u00fd adekv\u00e1tne, s\u00fa aktivovan\u00e9 svaly od plochy nohy a\u017e po prsty ruky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd je tie\u017e v\u00fdber cvikov. Najprv s\u00fa\nuprednost\u0148ovan\u00e9 cviky symetrick\u00e9, sl\u00fa\u017eiace k vyrovnaniu svalov\u00fdch dysbalanci\u00ed,\npotom nasleduj\u00fa cviky asymetrick\u00e9, postupuje sa od cvikov jednoduch\u0161\u00edch (na\noboch doln\u00fdch kon\u010datin\u00e1ch) k cvikom zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00edm (iba na jednej, stojnej\nkon\u010datine) (Sm\u00ed\u0161ek, 2013).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V\u00fdznam\nverejn\u00e9ho zdravotn\u00edctva spo\u010d\u00edva v orient\u00e1cii na podporu zdravia popul\u00e1cie, kde\njednou z&nbsp;mo\u017enost\u00ed je pr\u00e1ve cvi\u010denie \u0161pir\u00e1lovo-mobiliza\u010dnej met\u00f3dy SM\nsyst\u00e9m, ako aj spr\u00e1vne koncipovan\u00e9 eduka\u010dn\u00e9 predn\u00e1\u0161ky&nbsp;odborn\u00edka.T\u00e1to met\u00f3da je ur\u010den\u00e1 pre \u010dloveka\n\u017eij\u00faceho v&nbsp;modernej dobe, ktor\u00fd vo vysokej miere sed\u00ed a&nbsp;vykon\u00e1va\nstereotypne za\u0165a\u017euj\u00face pohyby. SM syst\u00e9m predstavuje jednoduch\u00e9 a&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9\ncviky, ktor\u00e9 na princ\u00edpe \u0161pir\u00e1lnych svalov\u00fdch zre\u0165azen\u00ed vy\u0165ahuj\u00fa chrbticu\nsmerom nahor a&nbsp;vyrovnanie chrbtice stabilizuj\u00fa. Ak sa cvi\u010denia vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa\noptim\u00e1lnym sp\u00f4sobom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa pre\u0165a\u017eovan\u00e9 \u010dasti chrbtice,&nbsp;zni\u017euj\u00fa svalov\u00fa\ndysbalanciu a&nbsp;prispievaj\u00fa k&nbsp;celkov\u00e9mu zdraviu. Prioritou\npre spr\u00e1vny pohyb by mala by\u0165 t\u00fa\u017eba po zdravom tele bez bolesti a choroby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pohybov\u00e1 hygiena a gramotnos\u0165<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>M\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 \u013eu\u010fom\nnach\u00e1dza\u0165, vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 inform\u00e1cie a\nposilni\u0165 vplyv na svoje vlastn\u00e9 zdravie.
