Nie v\u017edy sa to darilo. Upon\u00e1h\u013ean\u00fd\nsvet a&nbsp;stres, nedostatok \u010dasu a&nbsp;aj nespr\u00e1vne cvi\u010denie sa podp\u00edsalo\nhlavne na mojej chrbtici. Skon\u010dil som s&nbsp;prasknutou platni\u010dkou\nv&nbsp;nemocnici. Po tejto sk\u00fasenosti som si povedal dos\u0165, mus\u00ed\u0161 sa o&nbsp;seba\nstara\u0165 inak. Trochu som rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013eal a&nbsp;nakoniec som sa\nprihl\u00e1sil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikdy\nsom sa nezam\u00fd\u0161\u013eal nad nejakou charakteristikou alebo defin\u00edciou, \u010do je to\nzdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl. \u00c1no, v\u0161ade sa o&nbsp;tom ve\u013ea hovor\u00ed, p\u00ed\u0161e. V telev\u00edzii\nbe\u017e\u00ed mno\u017estvo rel\u00e1ci\u00ed na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu, v&nbsp;mest\u00e1ch vznikli obchody, pon\u00fakaj\u00face\nprodukty zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu. &nbsp;Myslel som si, \u017ee nefaj\u010di\u0165, nadmerne nepi\u0165,&nbsp;pravidelne\ncvi\u010di\u0165 a&nbsp;vyh\u00fdba\u0165 sa \u010dinnostiam a&nbsp;vplyvom, ktor\u00e9 \u0161kodia zdraviu, tak to\nsta\u010d\u00ed a&nbsp;bude v\u0161etko v&nbsp;pohode. Je v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e1\na&nbsp;odzrkad\u013euje&nbsp; presne to, ako by sa\n\u010dlovek mal spr\u00e1va\u0165, ak chce poveda\u0165, \u017ee dodr\u017eiava \u201e<em>Zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spom\u00ednam\nsi na prv\u00e9 predn\u00e1\u0161ky z&nbsp;anat\u00f3mie \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela, ktor\u00e9 boli pre m\u0148a \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9.\nZaoberali sme sa hlavne kostrou a&nbsp;svalovou hmotou. Bolo to pre m\u0148a nov\u00e9\na&nbsp;nikdy by som si nevedel predstavi\u0165, \u017ee aj tie najmen\u0161ie svaly v&nbsp;tele,\ns\u00fa v&nbsp;podstate d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie ako tie ve\u013ek\u00e9. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee teraz sa \u00faplne inak\npozer\u00e1m na kostru a&nbsp;pohybov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, ke\u010f viem ako skr\u00e1ten\u00e9 svalstvo\na&nbsp;\u0161\u013eachy dok\u00e1\u017eu robi\u0165 probl\u00e9my s&nbsp;kolenami, k\u013abmi \u010di chrbticou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predn\u00e1\u0161ky\no&nbsp;v\u00fd\u017eive a&nbsp;stravovan\u00ed, hmotnosti a&nbsp;tukoch, pr\u00eddavn\u00fdch l\u00e1tkach\nv&nbsp;potravin\u00e1ch (E-\u010dka) boli tie\u017e ve\u013emi pou\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;pre m\u0148a nov\u00fd pojem,\nem\u00f3cie skryt\u00e9 v&nbsp;kal\u00f3ri\u00e1ch \u010di\u017ee emo\u010dn\u00e9 jedenie. Ak\u00e1 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je spr\u00e1vna\nv\u00fd\u017eiva pre \u010dloveka, n\u00e1m bolo kr\u00e1sne porozpr\u00e1van\u00e9 a&nbsp;aj uk\u00e1zan\u00e9 na\nnajnov\u0161\u00edch vedeck\u00fdch v\u00fdskumoch. Nikdy som sa nejako neriadil stravovac\u00edmi\nn\u00e1vykmi. &nbsp;V&nbsp;podstate\nv&nbsp;primeranom mno\u017estve jem v\u0161etko, \u010do mi chut\u00ed. Samozrejme, ke\u010f som to\npotreboval, tak nejak\u00e9 doplnky stravy ako bielkoviny, aminokyseliny, vitam\u00edny,\nminer\u00e1ly som u\u017e\u00edval. Dalo mi to hlavne to, \u017ee racion\u00e1lne jes\u0165 a&nbsp;pi\u0165 so\nzrete\u013eom na svoje zdravie nez\u00e1vis\u00ed len od ponuky, je to ot\u00e1zka \u017eivotn\u00e9ho\npostoja. Samotn\u00e9mu sa zaobera\u0165\nsrdcom, ako funguje krvn\u00fd obeh, telov\u00fd obeh, prevodov\u00fd srdcov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, srdcov\u00e9\nporuchy to by ma nikdy nenapadlo. V&nbsp;s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe je dos\u0165 \u010dasto\n\u201epretriasan\u00e9\u201c \u010di o\u010dkova\u0165 alebo nie. V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci predn\u00e1\u0161ky som sa dozvedel\nnajpodstatnej\u0161iu inform\u00e1ciu, \u017ee o\u010dkovanie m\u00e1 svoj v\u00fdznam a&nbsp;je potrebn\u00e9 si\nuvedomi\u0165, \u017ee \u201e<em>ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo \u013eud\u00ed vie by\u0165 za\nsvoje zdravie zodpovedn\u00fdch<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;infek\u010dn\u00fdch\nochoren\u00ed je pre m\u0148a najpodstatnej\u0161ia inform\u00e1cia, ve\u013emi nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00fa\nMeningokov\u00e9 infekcie. A&nbsp;podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina infek\u010dn\u00fdch chor\u00f4b\nnezanech\u00e1 n\u00e1sledky, vyhoja sa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problematiku\nprvej pomoci som si viac menej len zopakoval, ale nov\u00e9 pre m\u0148a bolo, \u017ee pri\nde\u0165och resustic\u00e1cia, najprv na za\u010diatku 5x vd\u00fdchnu\u0165 a&nbsp;potom 1min. 30 : 2 .\nA\u017e potom vol\u00e1me 112.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00ednosom\npre m\u0148a bola predn\u00e1\u0161ka o&nbsp;s\u00fa\u010dasnom \u010dlovekovi od detstva do dospelosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vynikaj\u00faca\npredn\u00e1\u0161ka bola o&nbsp;mikroorganizmoch v&nbsp;n\u00e1s a&nbsp;okolo n\u00e1s. V\u017edy som sa\nprikl\u00e1\u0148al k&nbsp;n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee bakt\u00e9rie a&nbsp;mikroorganizmy s\u00fa pre n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot\npodstatn\u00e9 a&nbsp;pr\u00edli\u0161 \u00fazkostliv\u00e1 hygiena a&nbsp;\u010distota nie je n\u00e1m a\u017e tak\nk&nbsp;prospechu. Tu sa mi to potvrdilo a&nbsp;aj to \u017ee, \u201e\u013eudia s\u00fa si po\ngenetickej str\u00e1nke pr\u00edbuzn\u00fd, ale ve\u013emi n\u00e1s odli\u0161uje mikrobi\u00f3n\u201c. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\nortomolekul\u00e1rnej &nbsp;medic\u00edne som nevedel\ndoteraz ni\u010d. Bola to pre m\u0148a tot\u00e1lna novinka. I&nbsp;ke\u010f mo\u017eno, ke\u010f som u\u017e\u00edval\ndoplnky, tak nevedomky \u010diasto\u010dne som ju \u201epou\u017e\u00edval\u201c. Spom\u00ednam si, ke\u010f n\u00e1m bolo\nna za\u010diatku vysvetlen\u00e9 pre\u010do \u201eortos\u201c = spr\u00e1vny, dobr\u00fd a \u201emolekula\u201c= z\u00e1kladn\u00fd\nstavebn\u00fd. \u010ealej ciele ortomolekulov\u00e9ho princ\u00edpu. Bolo vidno, \u017ee s\u00fa to \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa z&nbsp;praxe. Z&nbsp;t\u00fdchto\npredn\u00e1\u0161ok je pre m\u0148a najpodstatnej\u0161ie a&nbsp;nov\u00e9, \u017ee aj na Slovensku &nbsp;sa rozv\u00edja paliat\u00edvna starostlivos\u0165\no&nbsp;\u0165a\u017eko chor\u00fdch. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samozrejme\nmus\u00edm vysoko pozit\u00edvne vyzdvihn\u00fa\u0165 cvi\u010denie SM syst\u00e9mu, ktor\u00e9 bolo s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou\nv\u00fduky. Toto cvi\u010denie bola absol\u00fatna novinka.&nbsp;\nNikdy som o&nbsp;\u0148om nepo\u010dul ani ho necvi\u010dil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupne\npo\u010das \u0161t\u00fadia a&nbsp;predn\u00e1\u0161ok, ktor\u00e9 som absolvoval som sa zam\u00fd\u0161\u013eal a\nprehodnocoval niektor\u00e9 svoje n\u00e1zory na starostlivos\u0165 o&nbsp;svoje zdravie. Pri\u0161iel\nsom na to a&nbsp;som o&nbsp;tom presved\u010den\u00fd, vedie\u0165 toto v\u0161etko, \u010do som sa\ndozvedel, vyhol by som sa niektor\u00fdm zdravotn\u00fdm \u0165a\u017ekostiam. Hlavne, ke\u010f zoberiem\ncvi\u010denie SM syst\u00e9mu. Dlhodobo ma bolievala chrbtica,&nbsp;bol som dos\u0165\npr\u00e1ceneschopn\u00fd, a\u017e jedn\u00e9ho d\u0148a mi praskla platni\u010dka SL 5. Vedie\u0165 o&nbsp;takomto\ncvi\u010den\u00ed p\u00e1r rokov nasp\u00e4\u0165, tak sa vyhnem oper\u00e1cii. Moje o\u010dak\u00e1vania sa naplnili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako v\u00fdborn\u00e9 hodnot\u00edm rozdelenie\nv\u00fdu\u010dby na teoretick\u00fa a praktick\u00fa \u010das\u0165 Tento model mi ve\u013emi vyhovoval, pova\u017eujem\nho za vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd. T\u00e9my predn\u00e1\u0161ok boli zauj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u010dasto sme v\u0161ak len nazreli do\nproblematiky a predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci museli vybra\u0165 iba najpodstatnej\u0161ie inform\u00e1cie,\npreto\u017ee do \u010dasov\u00e9ho r\u00e1mca sa nezmestilo v\u0161etko, \u010do mali pre n\u00e1s pripraven\u00e9 a\navizovali potrebu \u010fal\u0161ieho stretnutia aby sa mohli s nami podeli\u0165 o Viac\nvedomost\u00ed z danej oblasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predn\u00e1\u0161ky z oblasti medic\u00edny \/\nzdravotn\u00edctva ako aj z oblasti soci\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ce boli ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00e9. Jednotliv\u00ed\nodborn\u00edci sa sna\u017eili prednies\u0165 ucelen\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie a to mi poskytlo mo\u017enos\u0165\nutvori\u0165 si komplexn\u00fd obraz o danej problematike. Chcem poveda\u0165, \u017ee hlavn\u00fdm\npr\u00ednosom z tohto poh\u013eadu bolo, \u017ee predn\u00e1\u0161ky mi umo\u017enili posklada\u0165 doteraj\u0161ie\nlaick\u00e9 vedomosti a vlastn\u00e9 \u010di sprostredkovan\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti do s\u00favislost\u00ed, ktor\u00e9\nn\u00e1m objasnil odborn\u00edk. Zvy\u010dajne som sa dozvedela aj nov\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie, pr\u00edpadne\nopis konkr\u00e9tneho pr\u00edpadu z klinickej praxe, \u010do bolo mimoriadne zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 a\natrakt\u00edvne. Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm pr\u00ednosom boli cielen\u00e9 odpor\u00fa\u010dania odborn\u00edkov oh\u013eadne\nstravovania, o predch\u00e1dzan\u00ed zdravotn\u00fdm \u0165a\u017ekostiam, v\u00fdzname dodr\u017eiavania z\u00e1sad\nzdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu, ktor\u00e9 som si starostlivo pozna\u010dila do pozn\u00e1mok a\nsna\u017e\u00edm sa ich v najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej mo\u017enej miere aj uplat\u0148ova\u0165 vo svojom ka\u017edodennom\nre\u017eime (napr. primeranos\u0165 u\u017e\u00edvania a d\u00e1vkovanie v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch doplnkov).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Teoretick\u00e1\n\u010das\u0165 obsiahla za tri roky \u0161t\u00fadia ve\u013emi \u0161irok\u00fd tematick\u00fd rozsah. Jednotliv\u00e9\npredn\u00e1\u0161ky sa l\u00ed\u0161ili okrem t\u00e9m aj svojou obsahovou \u00farov\u0148ou a sp\u00f4sobom\nprezent\u00e1cie. Niektor\u00ed predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci n\u00e1s akt\u00edvne zap\u00e1jali do t\u00e9my, kl\u00e1dli n\u00e1m\not\u00e1zky, in\u00ed n\u00e1s vyz\u00fdvali, aby sme sa sami p\u00fdtali, \u010fal\u0161\u00ed iba tolerovali na\u0161e\not\u00e1zky a boli aj tak\u00ed, ktor\u00ed diskusiu obmedzili, preto\u017ee \u010das by im nebol\ndovolil prednies\u0165 cel\u00fa pripraven\u00fa t\u00e9mu. Domnievam sa, ot\u00e1zka diskusie je\npomerne komplikovan\u00e1, preto\u017ee v jednej skupine s\u00fa \u0161tudenti na ve\u013emi rozdielnej\n\u00farovni vedomost\u00ed a s rozdielnou potrebou diskutova\u0165 a oznamova\u0165 svoje osobn\u00e9\nsk\u00fasenosti a v pr\u00edpade zdravovedn\u00fdch t\u00e9m aj diskutova\u0165 o svojich zdravotn\u00fdch\nprobl\u00e9moch. Ja preferujem riaden\u00fa diskusiu z d\u00f4vodu \u010dasov\u00e9ho limitu a pre\nnebezpe\u010denstvo, \u017ee sa vlastne ni\u010d hodnotn\u00e9 nedozviem, ak diskusia prekro\u010d\u00ed\nprimeran\u00fd r\u00e1mec a od\u010derp\u00e1 \u010das, ur\u010den\u00fd na predn\u00e1\u0161ku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praktick\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 \u0161t\u00fadia zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho\n\u0161t\u00fdlu, realizovan\u00e1 na princ\u00edpoch SM syst\u00e9mu, je hlavn\u00fdm pr\u00ednosom pre zmenu\nmojich n\u00e1vykov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konkr\u00e9tnym cvikom predch\u00e1dzalo\nteoretick\u00e9 vysvetlenie podstaty fungovania jednotliv\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161ho pohybov\u00e9ho\napar\u00e1tu a mechanizmu jednotliv\u00fdch pohybov. Lektor d\u00f4sledne monitoruje a odborne\nusmer\u0148uje ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u0161tudenta po\u010das celej hodiny cvi\u010denia. Toto s\u00fa podstatn\u00e9\npr\u00ednosy pre m\u0148a. Napriek tomu, \u017ee ka\u017edodenne doma cvi\u010d\u00edm cviky, ktor\u00e9 som sa\nnau\u010dila na UTV, cvi\u010denie pod odborn\u00fdm veden\u00edm je pre m\u0148a na\u010falej nenahradite\u013en\u00e9.\nMotivovalo ma aj k pravideln\u00e9mu cvi\u010deniu cvikov SM syst\u00e9mu mimo UTV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Princ\u00edpy SM syst\u00e9mu uplat\u0148ujem pri\nseden\u00ed, koordin\u00e1cii ch\u00f4dze, pri zmier\u0148ovan\u00ed bolesti chrbtice, uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00ed\nbolesti v ramen\u00e1ch, ruk\u00e1ch, bedrov\u00fdch k\u00cdboch. V nadv\u00e4znosti na novo z\u00edskan\u00e9\nodpor\u00fa\u010dania v UTV som zmenila aj dr\u017eanie tela pri ch\u00f4dzi, po\u010das turistick\u00fdch\nv\u00fdletov, po\u010das pr\u00e1ce v dom\u00e1cnosti i v z\u00e1hrade. Cviky SM syst\u00e9mu sa stali neoddelite\u013enou\ns\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou m\u00f4jho ka\u017edodenn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu a z\u00e1sady dr\u017eania tela sa vedome sna\u017e\u00edm dodr\u017eiava\u0165.\nZa ve\u013ek\u00fd pr\u00ednos pova\u017eujem, \u017ee princ\u00edpy SM syst\u00e9mu sa u\u017e dostali aj do m\u00f4jho\npodvedomia, zautomatizovali sa a osvojila som si ich ako prirodzen\u00e9 napriek\ntomu, \u017ee predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich 62 rokov som ich nepoznala ako celok a t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom som\nsa pod\u013ea nich ani nespr\u00e1vala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smer \u201eZdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl\u201d bol pre\nm\u0148a zauj\u00edmav\u00fd, pou\u010dn\u00fd a obohacuj\u00faci. Ve\u013ekos\u0165 skupiny primeran\u00e1, predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci na\nrozdielnej \u00farovni, ale kvalitn\u00ed, niektor\u00ed vynikaj\u00faci nielen po odbornej ale aj\npo pedagogickej str\u00e1nke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starostlivos\u0165&#8216; o n\u00e1s &#8211; \u0161tudentov zo\nstrany n\u00e1\u0161ho patr\u00f3na Mgr. Michala Rafajdusa, PhD. bola pr\u00edkladn\u00e1, \u010do\nvyzdvihujem, preto\u017ee napriek zlo\u017eitej logistike nedo\u0161lo ani jedin\u00fd raz po\u010das\ntrojro\u010dn\u00e9ho cyklu k zm\u00e4tkom ani nedorozumeniam. Skvel\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca, zanieten\u00fd\nodborn\u00edk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u00e1\u010di sa mi, \u017ee tento \u0161tudijn\u00fd\nsmer nebude ma\u0165 pokra\u010dovanie, preto\u017ee ve\u013ea t\u00e9m zostalo pre kr\u00e1tkos\u0165&#8216; \u010dasu\notvoren\u00fdch a k mnoh\u00fdm sme sa ani nedostali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kr\u00e1tky p\u00edsomn\u00fd materi\u00e1l, zhrnutie\nt\u00e9m, v elektronickej forme by bol ve\u013ekou pom\u00f4ckou. Ide\u00e1lne pred predn\u00e1\u0161kou, aby\n\u0161tudenti prich\u00e1dzali na stretnutie s v\u00fdtla\u010dkom, do ktor\u00e9ho by si mohli robi\u0165&#8216;\npozn\u00e1mky. Po\u010das predn\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho obdobia som dozvedela mno\u017estvo inform\u00e1ci\u00ed\nz&nbsp;oblasti anat\u00f3mie a&nbsp;skladby tela, prezenta\u010dn\u00fdmi predn\u00e1\u0161kami Michala &nbsp;R. ktor\u00fd n\u00e1m fundovane pop\u00edsal kosti, svaly\na&nbsp;v\u0161etky pohybov\u00e9 \u00fastroje a&nbsp;n\u00e1v\u00e4zne sp\u00f4sob cvi\u010denia SM, ktor\u00e9 sme\npravidelne aplikovali. V\u0161etky tieto poznatky sa budem sna\u017ei\u0165 prenies\u0165 do m\u00f4jho \u017eivota\na&nbsp;\u017eivota mojej rodiny. Viac sa zauj\u00edmam \u010do jem a&nbsp;\u010do je pre m\u00f4j vek\nvhodn\u00e9. V&nbsp;rodine sa zmenil jed\u00e1lny l\u00edstok, viac zeleniny, zeleninov\u00fdch\njed\u00e1l, ovocia, ako aj viac pohybu (cyklistika, ch\u00f4dza). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predn\u00e1\u0161ky boli v\u017edy\nvhodne doplnen\u00e9 aj SM cvi\u010den\u00edm po\u010das cel\u00fdch troch rokov. Mala som jedno ve\u013ek\u00e9\nosobn\u00e9 \u017eelanie, a&nbsp;to k\u013eakn\u00fa\u0165 si na kolen\u00e1 a&nbsp;urobi\u0165 drep. Vy\u017eaduje si to viac\u010dlenn\u00fd kolekt\u00edv aby\npopularita ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokom r\u00e1stla a&nbsp;pr\u00e1ca bola bezchybn\u00e1. <\/li><li>Na za\u010diatku ka\u017ed\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edka \u0161tudenti musia\nobdr\u017ea\u0165 rozpis predn\u00e1\u0161ok, \u010d\u00edm by sa zabr\u00e1nilo opakovaniu predn\u00e1\u0161ok ako\nv&nbsp;na\u0161om pr\u00edpade v&nbsp;tre\u0165om ro\u010dn\u00edku zo psychol\u00f3gie. <\/li><li>Ka\u017ed\u00fd semester by mal zah\u00e1ji\u0165 ved\u00faci\nkr\u00fa\u017eku.<\/li><li>Navrhujem trvanie predn\u00e1\u0161ky na dobu aspo\u0148\n3 hod\u00edn (3x 60 min\u00fat). Niektor\u00ed z&nbsp;n\u00e1s cestujeme do Trnavy\nz&nbsp;Bratislavy, Pie\u0161\u0165an, Tren\u010d\u00edna a&nbsp;okolia a&nbsp;doba predn\u00e1\u0161ok, ke\u010f\nje kvalitn\u00e1 predn\u00e1\u0161ka, je kr\u00e1tka a&nbsp;nedosta\u010duj\u00faca aby bolo prebrat\u00e9 cel\u00e9\nu\u010divo v&nbsp;t\u00fdch podstatn\u00fdch bodoch.<\/li><li>Po cvi\u010den\u00ed pred predn\u00e1\u0161kou je potrebn\u00e1\nminim\u00e1lne 10-15 min\u00fatov\u00e1 doba na prezle\u010denie, hygienu a&nbsp;samotn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu\nna predn\u00e1\u0161ku, a&nbsp;to ist\u00e9 plat\u00ed aj po predn\u00e1\u0161ke pred druh\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm.\nCvi\u010dite\u013e ako aj predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00faci museli v\u017edy \u010daka\u0165 na \u0161tudentov z&nbsp;jednej\nskupiny, \u010d\u00edm sa pravidelne skracovala doba ako cvi\u010denia tak aj samotn\u00fdch\npredn\u00e1\u0161ok pre zle stanoven\u00fa logistiku.<\/li><li>Bolo by spr\u00e1vne, aby jeden cvi\u010dite\u013e mal\n\u0161tudentov po\u010das cel\u00fdch troch ro\u010dn\u00edkov, aby vedel zhodnoti\u0165 ich pokrok\nv&nbsp;cvi\u010den\u00ed. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f som pri\u0161la na prv\u00fa predn\u00e1\u0161ku, moje o\u010dak\u00e1vanie bolo\nve\u013ek\u00e9 a&nbsp;som ve\u013emi rada, a\u017e <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>na p\u00e1r pripomienok, \u017ee som do toho \u0161la. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 by som chcela zhodnoti\u0165 cvi\u010denie,\nktor\u00e9 prinieslo pre m\u0148a ve\u013ek\u00e9 pozit\u00edvum. Ako posluch\u00e1\u010dka prv\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edka som\nmala pred sebou t\u00fa\u017ebu k\u013eakn\u00fa\u0165 si na kolen\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 mali obmedzen\u00fa mobilitu\nv&nbsp;d\u00f4sledku nieko\u013ek\u00fdch oper\u00e1ci\u00ed a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch zl\u00fdch rehabilit\u00e1ci\u00ed.\nA&nbsp;to sa mi splnilo u\u017e v&nbsp;za\u010diatku druh\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edka. Podobne je\nto aj s&nbsp;SM cvi\u010den\u00edm, ktor\u00e9 by sa mohlo doplni\u0165 pod\u013ea doporu\u010den\u00ed cvi\u010dite\u013ea\no&nbsp;nov\u00e9 prvky v&nbsp;cvi\u010den\u00ed. Ale\nvedela som, \u017ee v&nbsp;tomto upon\u00e1h\u013eanom svete bude asi rozumn\u00e9, ke\u010f sa za\u010dnem\nvenova\u0165 aspo\u0148 trocha zdrav\u0161iemu \u017eitiu. Ke\u010f som h\u013eadala odbor, ktor\u00e9mu by som sa\nchcela venova\u0165, tak ma Zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl \u00faplne o\u010daril. Bolo to presne\no&nbsp;tom, \u010do som sa chcela dozvedie\u0165. Prv\u00fd rok m\u00f4jho vzdel\u00e1vania boli\npredn\u00e1\u0161ky aj cvi\u010denie presne tak, ako som potrebovala, preto\u017ee som mala dos\u0165\n\u010dasu na u\u010denie. Pracovala som toti\u017e len na jednu smenu a&nbsp;mohla som si\nka\u017ed\u00fd \u0161tvrtok v&nbsp;pohode vychutna\u0165 predn\u00e1\u0161ku a&nbsp;tie\u017e aj cvi\u010denie.\nV&nbsp;1.ro\u010dn\u00edku sme mali \u00faplne ka\u017ed\u00fa predn\u00e1\u0161ku presne v&nbsp;tom \u0161t\u00fdle, ako\nsom o\u010dak\u00e1vala a&nbsp;Vy, p\u00e1n Rafajdus aj pani docentka K&#8230;.. ste ma nau\u010dili\nve\u013emi ve\u013ea. V\u0161etko som si zapisovala a&nbsp;tie\u017e predn\u00e1\u0161ky, ktor\u00e9 ste n\u00e1m\nposlali, som si nechala vytla\u010di\u0165 a&nbsp;po\u010das pr\u00e1zdnin pri mori som \u0161tudovala.\nZaujalo ma v\u0161etko. Pohybov\u00e1 s\u00fastava, svaly, z\u00e1klady v\u00fd\u017eivy, pitn\u00fd re\u017eim,\nd\u00fdchanie. Zistila som, ak\u00e9 je n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a&nbsp;mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee v&nbsp;na\u0161ich\npodmienkach aj dos\u0165 nere\u00e1lne (hlavne z&nbsp;finan\u010dn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska) \u017ei\u0165 zdravo.\nCvi\u010denie ma tie\u017e ve\u013emi oslovilo, aj ke\u010f to tak asi pri mojom cvi\u010den\u00ed nevyzer\u00e1.\nTeraz u\u017e viem, ako m\u00e1m spr\u00e1vne dr\u017ea\u0165 telo a&nbsp;ako m\u00e1m spr\u00e1vne d\u00fdcha\u0165\na&nbsp;spr\u00e1vne chodi\u0165. \u010co sa t\u00fdka stravovania, sna\u017e\u00edm sa, aby jed\u00e1lni\u010dek celej\nmojej rodiny bol zdrav\u0161\u00ed a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd. Je tu v\u0161ak e\u0161te ve\u013ea negat\u00edvnych faktorov,\nktor\u00e9 na\u0161u stravu ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa. S\u00fa to hlavne financie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\nPo\u010das 2. ro\u010dn\u00edka som pre\u0161la do in\u00e9ho zamestnania a za\u010dala som pracova\u0165\nna dve smeny. Ve\u013emi to ovplyvnilo moju doch\u00e1dzku. Aj v&nbsp;2.ro\u010dn\u00edku sme mali\nmno\u017estvo v\u00fdborn\u00fdch predn\u00e1\u0161ok. Hlavne ma oslovili tie predn\u00e1\u0161ky, ktor\u00e9 sa\nzaoberali chorobami civiliza\u010dn\u00fdmi, infek\u010dn\u00fdmi aj srdcov\u00fdmi a&nbsp;celkovo\nzdravotn\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami. \u00da\u017easn\u00e1 bola aj predn\u00e1\u0161ka o&nbsp;poskytovan\u00ed prvej pomoci de\u0165om\naj dospel\u00fdm. Je ve\u013ea vec\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 by som si neuvedomovala a&nbsp;asi ani\nnev\u0161\u00edmala, keby som na UTV nechodila a&nbsp;som rada, \u017ee som sa t\u00fdm za\u010dala\nzaobera\u0165 a&nbsp;by\u0165 viac v\u0161\u00edmav\u00e1 k&nbsp;sebe aj k&nbsp;svojmu okoliu.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V&nbsp;tomto\nposlednom ro\u010dn\u00edku ma zaujali predn\u00e1\u0161ky o&nbsp;onkologick\u00fdch a&nbsp;du\u0161evn\u00fdch\nchorob\u00e1ch a&nbsp;predn\u00e1\u0161ky, ktor\u00e9 sa venovali spolu\u017eitiu gener\u00e1ci\u00ed\na&nbsp;komunik\u00e1cii&nbsp; medzi \u013eu\u010fmi bl\u00edzkymi\naj cudz\u00edmi v&nbsp;celej na\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti. Z&nbsp;ka\u017edej predn\u00e1\u0161ky som nie\u010do do\nseba nasala a budem z&nbsp;toho \u010derpa\u0165 do konca m\u00f4jho \u017eivota. Tie\u017e to zlep\u0161ilo\nmoje vz\u0165ahy v&nbsp;rodine a&nbsp;aj pracovn\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V&nbsp;tomto\nroku budem ma\u0165 50 rokov a&nbsp;na ist\u00fd \u010das budem \u010derpa\u0165 pozit\u00edvne myslenie a&nbsp;pr\u00edstup\nk&nbsp;\u017eivotu len z&nbsp;t\u00fdchto troch rokov, ktor\u00e9 som str\u00e1vila vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm na\nUTV. Neviem e\u0161te, \u010di sa v&nbsp;mojom profesijnom \u017eivote budem venova\u0165 Zdrav\u00e9mu\n\u017eivotn\u00e9mu \u0161t\u00fdlu, ale sama pre seba a&nbsp;pre svoju rodinu si zo svojho\nvzdel\u00e1vania odnesiem ve\u013ea kladn\u00fdch sk\u00fasenost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A&nbsp;e\u0161te\nna z\u00e1ver som ve\u013emi rada, \u017ee som stretla presne t\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed so mnou\nabsolvovali \u0161t\u00fadium. V\u017edy som sa na nich ve\u013emi te\u0161ila, preto\u017ee boli v\u0161etci\nve\u013emi pozit\u00edvni a&nbsp;in\u0161pirat\u00edvni. A&nbsp;hlavne Vy, p\u00e1n Rafajdus ste ma ve\u013emi\nin\u0161pirovali. Pom\u00e1hate to\u013ek\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom a&nbsp;je na V\u00e1s vidno, \u017ee to rob\u00edte r\u00e1d.\nNemysl\u00edm si, \u017ee by ste mali \u010doko\u013evek meni\u0165 na pr\u00edstupe k&nbsp;svojim \u0161tudentom.\nSom si ist\u00e1, \u017ee v\u0161etci t\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch Vy vyu\u010dujete, \u010di s\u00fa to \u0161tudenti denn\u00e9ho\n\u0161t\u00fadia alebo posluch\u00e1\u010di UTV a&nbsp;tie\u017e aj t\u00ed, s&nbsp;ktor\u00fdmi cvi\u010d\u00edte, aby sa\nc\u00edtili zdrav\u0161\u00ed, s\u00fa spokojn\u00fd s&nbsp;Va\u0161im pr\u00edstupom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ur\u010dite\ne\u0161te v&nbsp;bud\u00facnosti budem chodi\u0165 na UTV, neviem e\u0161te, ak\u00fd odbor si vyberiem.\nAle bude to hlavne preto, aby som zase mohla stretn\u00fa\u0165 mil\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed a dozvedela\nsa ve\u013ea nov\u00fdch vec\u00ed a&nbsp;aby som postupn\u00fdm pribli\u017eovan\u00edm sa mojej staroby\nneost\u00e1vala nepotrebn\u00e1 a&nbsp;odsunut\u00e1 na ved\u013eaj\u0161iu ko\u013eaj. Teraz si d\u00e1m\ndostato\u010dn\u00fa \u0161tudijn\u00fa prest\u00e1vku a&nbsp;ke\u010f budem c\u00edti\u0165, \u017ee u\u017e nastal ten spr\u00e1vny\n\u010das, potom sa pust\u00edm do \u0161tudovania s&nbsp;energiou a&nbsp;odhodlan\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:right\">Pani Janka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160tudijn\u00fd odbor zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl, ktor\u00fd vznikol na UTV v Trnave, ma zaujal z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov. Uvedomujem si, \u017ee sa pr\u00edli\u0161 akt\u00edvne nestar\u00e1m o svoje zdravie. M\u00e1lo \u010dasu venujem pohybov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m. Cielen\u00e9mu cvi\u010deniu som sa v\u017edy vyh\u00fdbala, nikdy som nena\u0161la v \u0148om z\u00e1\u013eubu. Napriek tomu by som si chcela upev\u0148ova\u0165 svoje zdravie, zbavi\u0165 sa v\u0161etk\u00fdch zlozvykov a efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ie vyu\u017ei\u0165 svoj vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom, pre ktor\u00fd som sa prihl\u00e1sila na toto \u0161t\u00fadium, je neust\u00e1le tr\u00e9novanie pam\u00e4te a roz\u0161\u00edrenie si obzorov. Hoci sa bl\u00ed\u017eim sa k d\u00f4chodkov\u00e9mu veku, som presved\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee \u010dlovek by mal aj na d\u00f4chodku akt\u00edvne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 svoj vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das,\u00a0 investova\u0165 ho do seba a do svojich cie\u013eov a netr\u00e1vi\u0165 ho iba choden\u00edm od lek\u00e1ra k lek\u00e1rovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri \u00fa\u010dasti na predn\u00e1\u0161kach som si\nuvedomila, \u017ee nesta\u010d\u00ed sa len zdravo stravova\u0165, ale \u017ee pohyb je z\u00e1klad zdrav\u00e9ho\n\u017eivota. Neskor\u0161ie som k cvi\u010deniu\npritiahla aj svojho man\u017eela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee teraz u\u017e m\u00f4\u017eem cvi\u010di\u0165\naj sama doma.&nbsp;&nbsp; Cvi\u010denie&nbsp; SM syt\u00e9m ma oslovil preto, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu \u010das\u0165\nsvojho \u017eivota som tr\u00e1vila seden\u00edm v \u0161kole \u010di v pr\u00e1ci. Cvi\u010denie mi uvo\u013e\u0148uje\nsvalstvo najm\u00e4 v okol\u00ed chrbtice a t\u00fdm prispeva k lep\u0161iemu dr\u017eaniu tela.\nUvedomila som si, \u017ee po cvi\u010den\u00ed sa c\u00edtim lep\u0161ie, zdrav\u0161ie a m\u00e1m viacej energie.\nJedinou podmienkou \u00faspechu je spr\u00e1vne a hlavne pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010denie, \u010do bolo a\nje pre m\u0148a dos\u0165 frustruj\u00face. Toto zistenie potreby do\u017eivotn\u00e9ho pravideln\u00e9ho\ncvi\u010denia sp\u00f4sobilo u m\u0148a zo za\u010diatku nev\u00f4\u013eu a odmietanie pravidelnosti. Prija\u0165\nnie\u010do, \u010do mi nie je prirodzen\u00e9, je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 a vy\u017eaduje ve\u013ek\u00fa d\u00e1vku pevnej v\u00f4le a\nsebadiscipl\u00edny. Osobne som nepokladala za pr\u00ednosn\u00e9\npou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 na predn\u00e1\u0161kach latinsk\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy svalov. Naraz n\u00e1m bolo podan\u00fdch pr\u00edli\u0161\nve\u013ea inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, \u010do bolo pre m\u0148a v tom okamihu za\u0165a\u017euj\u00face a str\u00e1cala som\npreh\u013ead v takom mno\u017estve faktov. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ie boli predn\u00e1\u0161ky zaoberaj\u00face sa\nv\u00fd\u017eivou. Hlavnou v\u00fdhodou\nvzdelania je ur\u010dite schopnos\u0165 sa lep\u0161ie orientova\u0165 v \u0161irokej ponuke potrav\u00edn,\npotravinov\u00fdch doplnkov, \u0161portov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed ale i schopnos\u0165 \u0161\u00edrenia inform\u00e1ci\u00ed\nz tejto oblasti vo svojom okol\u00ed. Celkovo hodnot\u00edm priebeh absolvovan\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fadia\npozit\u00edvne, za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd predpoklad v\u0161ak pova\u017eujem vedenie Mgr.
